Platform is a teaching platform for teachers, herein (the "Teachers"). and students ,herein (the "Students"). to connect for learning a foreign language and or any other subject. Teachers set their own rates and schedules availability, and students pay for lessons and/or group classes and/or digital courses within the site. Students are defined in this terms are the students themselves and/or the purchaser of lessons, class or course.

Teachers and Students Terms of Lessons

The Terms blow relates for lessons only. once a group lessons and or digital courses service should be available on the platform, the terms and conditions should be updated with the related terms.

·       The allowed times slots (in minutes) allowed to the teachers for one-on-one lessons, may be 15,30,45,60,90,120 minutes ( some teachers perform 25 minutes lessons in practice + 5 minutes preparation before each lesson. it will be displayed on their profile both for lessons and trials , albeit the slot on the platform would be allocated for 30 minutes ). The trial lessons are 30 minutes long, and they are free lessons that each student can use only once with each new teachers. The teachers can decide if they want to offer trial lessons or not .The Minimum buffer time between lesson purchase and first available slot for a lesson is set by the teachers. options are immediate , 12 hours , 24 hours. The learners will be shown the availability slots accordingly.

·       For private or group lessons, it is recommended to join the class at least 5 minutes before the lesson.

·       To the extent that the students received more lessons than the total of the lessons he paid for, and this for any reason without exception, he will be liable to pay for them.

·       The prices default is at NIS, however, can be seen also in USD. The conversion rates are being updated by the admin from time to time according to the information on the Israeli official website and the decision of the admin, which is based on average conversion of the month.

Any such attempt will result in the immediate termination of the contract with the purchaser of the lesson and the removal of the students and the closing of his account without credit and without the ability to register on the site again.

·       The Percentage of lesson fee to be refunded when students cancel the lesson within the allowed time, as set in the Lesson Refund Duration, is 100%

·       The duration after teachers can end lesson (in minutes) , is 5 minutes. The students must arrive on time for lesson or class. A lesson will continue for the length of time set from the predetermined date and any delay will be at the expense of the student of the lesson only without completion/refund. It should be noted that the teachers are instructed to leave the class after 5 minutes in case of non-arrival of the students of the lesson or the students of the lessons. Therefore, students lateness to a lesson exceeding 5 minutes will result in the cancellation of the lesson, without the students being entitled to a refund of the payment and/or not being entitled to an alternative lesson.

·       The percentage of lesson fee to be refunded on canceling an unscheduled lesson, is 100%.

·       Each teacher maximum number of 2 times can request to become a teachers using the same email address, once their request has been declined.

·       All the lessons online would be conducted through third part named "LessonSpace” meeting tool through www.Besteacher4u.com API website. actual lessons would be measured through actual minutes of this meeting tool calculation in practice. And the payments to the teachers are based on these measurers.

·       The default of the website is not recording automatically. If both the students and teachers agree to record lessons, than the platform may allow it , but will not be responsible for any implication of the recorded lessons what’s so ever.

·       There are no more than 48 hours that the platform allows to the students to report an issue after a session is complete.

·       There are no more than 48 hours that the platform allows to the students to escalate an issue to the admin once the resolution is provided by the concerned teachers.

·       The platform allows students to post reviews. The default review status would be pending, till the platform should investigate it. Only if the platform should approve them, the reviews can be seen by the students.

·       If there may be issues with lessonSpcae meeting tool from the platform API, the teachers may send to the student zoom link instead and teach outside the system, and report the issue to the platform, so the platform should update the actual lesson manually. it is better to keep the lessonSpace activated though, simultaneously for the automation of counting the actual lesson.

·       If there should be internet issues from the student end, then the student should pay the full lesson. If it is from the student end, then the lesson would be canceled and there should be another lesson instead.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If there is a request for a refund, freeze or any dispute with the teachers, the platform would make its best to resolve the dispute. In any such case, only if the teachers are willing to absorb the refund, the platform will credit the students with the agreed balance. In any other case, The platform would not be able to credit the students and they may decide to switch to another teachers.

Students may cancel their remaining lessons package purchases at any time. Cancelations made after 30 days will receive a 50% refund. All lessons purchased will stay in the students Platform account for 6 months. After 6 months the students lessons will expire with no refund. Lessons may be used with any of the teachers of your choice. Students may also cancel their lessons and re-use their purchase within the platform with another teachers. Electronic Communications

Visiting https://www.Besteacher4u.com or sending emails to Platform constitutes electronic communications. Students consent to receive electronic communications and students agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that the platform provides to students electronically, via email and on the Platform, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

If you use this platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Platform is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Platform and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Children Under Thirteen

Platform does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://www.Besteacher4u.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Teachers’ Payment terms

Teachers can get paid bi- monthly. At the 1-5 first working days of the beginning of each month, and also in the cutoff   after the 15^th, within 5 working days, for all the actual lessons completion, as presented on their wallet .Platform SLA is up to 5 working days from teachers payment request till starting the payment transaction. If there should be issues with the teachers’ side of receiving the payment, the platform would do its best efforts to help the teachers, however, can’t be reliable till issue would be resolved from the teachers’ side. Minimum Withdrawal Amount [ILS] is 75 ILS. Minimum interval (in days) between two withdrawal requests is 15 days. the minimum fee for the platform for keeping the platform in operation platform is 2.9 [USD] for each 30 minutes lessons per one student. Platform pays out 85% of cost to teachers and keeps 15% to keep the platform in operation, unless 15% is less than 2.9 [USD] for each 30 minutes lessons per one student . while teachers set up the prices on the platform they should take these terms into consideration, as well as adding 17% VAT for Israel Tax. (Ex. Teachers ask for 5 [ USD] for 30 minutes, the fee for platform would be 2.9 USD since 15% out of 5 USD is less than 2.9 USD. in addition, for Israeli students additional 17% VAT .so overall the student would see 7.9 *1.17 =9.25 USD). In addition, the transaction fee for the payment between the platform and the teaches bank accounts or PayPal, would be deducted from the teacher’s payment. The platform could pay only through PayPal directly from the system, or wise outside the platform.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.
